This was my first BMW purchase and I had an amazing experience with Mat at Serpa. He was polite and professional throughout the whole process. I valued the fact that he was open and transparent as I was. I told him the price I was willing to pay for the car and we came to an agreement that kept both parties happy. Mat was always available to answer my questions, even on his day off.
