Was very up front with Mat that I had an hour; which realistically is unheard of in my past experience of buying/trading in vehicles. Mat was up front, honest, and direct. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Got me into my beautiful GR Supra days after, with a full detail and he didn’t miss a beat on communications and updates. Would HIGHLY recommend Serpa. They don’t try to hustle you into warranty’s, they’re not pushy, and when you walk in, you get a sense of the great work culture Frank Serpa has engrained in this company. Kudos to the whole team!
