Brought my M4 in to Serpa Automotive service department to have some upgrades and service done on my M4. Rich and his team are fantastic! They were super professional, timely and responsive. I was lucky enough to have a quick peek at the shop and its it one of the CLEANEST i have ever seen. Pricing was amazing and I was even supplied a very nice loaner vehicle overnight.
It seems I have found a new shop for service and a new dealership when it comes time to replace the wife’s SUV. You guys have a customer for life!
