After we spent many weekends looking for the perfect new car for our family, we strolled into Serpa and had Matt assist. His professionalism stood out among the many sales people we had been dealing with. The honesty and integrity really went a long way. Through the sales process he was always avaliable to answer questions and got the paperwork done remotely. Serpa offers exceptional cars with exceptional service which is a win win for sure. We are so happy with the experience we are already using them to source a car for another family member.
