One of the smoothest and most pleasurable experiences. I Recently bought a Mercedes from Serpa and had a few complications on my end happen. I was living out of province and needed to clear a few things to be able to get the car. Also this was my first experience of purchasing a car in Canada. Mat and the team did an amazing job towards making the process as easy and as smooth as possible in getting everything together. Given all the restrictions and challenges it still was a smooth sailing experience and one of the best I had.
