Serpa Auto is a one-of-a-kind car sales experience. ​ I have never had an experience like this before and it was very refreshing to not get that “slimy car sales” feeling you generally expect when purchasing a car. ​ We weren’t rushed, we weren’t forced in to anything, everything was out on the table and explained in full detail, and we were spoken to on a human-to-human level opposed to just a sale being made. ​ Mat was AMAZING! A breath of fresh air in comparison to other salesman we’ve dealt with in the past. He loves cars and wants to get you in the car you want and love. ​ Him and my husband had conversations about all cars (because they discovered they are both car nuts) and it was so nice dealing with him. ​ Everything was made as easy for us as it possibly could be and Mat communicated with me from the moment the deal started to the moment it was finished. We really appreciate the experience and service provided. ​ We will definitely be returning in the future as I am not sure we would want to deal with any other dealers after an experience as great as this.
